Construction Site Management is a specialist consultant service usually tasked with the day-to-day duties of construction project progress and on-site activities. Often awarded as part of the PCM services site management may also be a separate service when clients have their own in house PCM team but prefer the site operations to be managed by others. The site manager's role is the supervision and management of all site-based staff, contractors and subcontractors employed by the company to ensure that the project is delivered within their contractual obligations.
